Wapiti for sale...
We sell elk meat by the whole, half, or by the pound. If
you want to buy it buy the half/whole, our price is $4.50 USD per pound
hanging weight. We pay for the processing and the cutting/wrapping.
Our elk are processed at Buxton Meat in Sandy, OR. All of our elk are
processed under USDA inspection, and our label bears the USDA stamp.
Buxton will custom process each order to your specifications. If you're
interested in a whole or half, give us a call and
we'll put you on our client list. When we're ready to butcher, we call our
clients until our butcher order is filled. So, if you want some elk meat
in the freezer, get on our list!
